- The parties agree to be bound exclusively by this contract. Any conditions not expressly mentioned on this website shall be governed by the European Convention on Crossborder Mail Order and Distance Selling (the EMOTA Convention).
- The product price and ordering procedure are explained on the "How to order your CD" page.
- Warranty: Should a product be found to be faulty or damaged on arrival, the buyer should contact us immediately with details of the problem and may be requested to return it. We will replace all faulty or damaged goods free of charge as soon as possible.
- Copyright: The entire content of the CD is copyright and may not be reproduced in any way, in whole or in part, even if the source is cited, without written authorization from the copyright holder. Legal action for damages will be taken in the event of any copyright infringement.
Personal data will only be used for the purpose for which you gave it to us and will not be divulged to others unless legally required. All data will be treated in strict confidence, taking all necessary steps to prevent the possibility of loss or unauthorised use, in accordance with Spanish law (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal and other applicable legislation).
The web hosting service employed also takes all the necessary technical and organizational precautions to safeguard confidential data in accordance with current legislation. Nevertheless, you should be aware that internet security measures are not impregnable.
If you prefer not to use the internet order form you are welcome to contact us by e-mail, fax or mail. Equally, you can exercise your right to access, correct or remove your personal data in our records by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, a fax to +34963449046 or a letter to Hardinge, Pintor Gisbert 3-2, 46006 Valencia, Spain, mentioning "Get Ahead With Phrasal Verbs". Please note that at certain times of the year, some days may pass before e-mail messages are answered, and some weeks in the case of a fax or letter.
Any dispute, claim, question or disagreement arising out of or in connection with this contract or directly or indirectly related to the same that the parties are unable to resolve amicably shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration and Mediation Court of the Chamber of Commerce of Valencia, Spain (Corte de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara de Comercio de Valencia), which shall appoint the arbitrator or arbitrators and administer the arbitration procedures in accordance with the Articles and Rules of the said Court.
